Our main office is proudly located in Athens, Texas, where Milestone Family Investments, LLC has embarked on a significant land development project. We are developing 10 acres into a restricted covenant subdivision, featuring 20 residential lots designed for quality living. This project includes the creation of a 0.5-acre recreational park and playground, along with 0.5 to 1 acre of walking and emergency access trails, enhancing the community's appeal and livability.

To ensure consistent sub-development land value and aesthetic appeal, the subdivision features restricted covenants. These require owners to either use Milestone Family Investments Construction, submit plans to the planning board, or utilize recommended construction companies. This ensures a cohesive and beautiful community for all.
