Our property management plan is structured for efficiency and success, starting from the initial client engagement to full operational stability. Our short-term goals include purchasing and developing an 8 to 10-acre parcel in East Texas, obtaining necessary land surveys from the City of Athens, clearing the land, and securing approval from the City of Athens Economic Development Department. We also focus on developing multi-family dwelling diagrams for 2x2 and 3x2 units, and preparing the parcel for building by sub-dividing land, purchasing materials, and completing model unit foundations and framing. Our long-term goal is to pre-build for opening and display, secure prospective tenants, finalize contract agreements, and collect security deposits before proceeding with the full build plan.
